I did this workout just to add on to my earlier 15 minute ZWOW. I was only able to complete 2.5 rounds in the 10 minutes. Next time, I’m going for 3 rounds.
This workout was for as many rounds as possible, in 10 minutes, without compromising your form.
Jump Rope/High Knees: 100 reps
Reptile Burpees: 20 reps
Kettlebell Jumps: 20 reps
The reptile burpees…. are killer. And Zuzana makes it look so easy!! Wonder which ZWOW I’m gonna do tomorrow. :)
